Reporting a bug

A short message with these details lets us reproduce the problem quickly:

  • Your phone or computer model and the browser (for example Chrome on a Redmi phone, or Safari on an iPhone).
  • What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot if the ring or a page looks wrong.
  • Whether you play in the browser or the installed Club6E app.

Ideas and feedback

New modes, colour themes, sounds, accessibility wishes: tell us. The best suggestions shape what comes next. We aim to reply within a few working days.

What we will not ask for

We never ask for passwords, OTPs, bank or card details, and we do not offer support in chat groups. Scores are kept on your own device, so we cannot look them up, restore them or change them. For quick answers, the Club 6E FAQ covers the common questions.
